By accessing our website or scheduling a service through Patriot Backflow Testing LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

We provide certified annual backflow testing, digital reporting to local authorities, and optional repair coordination through licensed subcontractors. Services are subject to availability and local regulatory requirements.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments can be made online or by phone.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Failure to cancel in time may result in a $50 missed appointment fee.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed during booking and vary based on location, number of devices, and subscription terms.

The $80 reporting fee includes the $65 city submission charge.

We accept payment via credit/debit card and ACH through our online portal.

Subscription plans must be paid in advance for full coverage.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, up-to-date property and contact information.

Ensure that backflow assemblies are accessible at the scheduled time.

Obtain necessary property access permissions if you are not the property owner.

6. SMS Notifications & Consent

By booking with us, you consent to receive appointment reminders and updates via SMS.
You may opt out anytime by replying STOP to any message. Standard messaging rates may apply.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

All testing is performed using certified equipment and trained personnel. We make no guarantees as to the results of the test (pass/fail), as that is dependent on the condition of your existing backflow assembly.

Repairs are performed by independent subcontractors, and we are not liable for workmanship beyond the initial testing and reporting scope.

8. Limitation of Liability

Patriot Backflow Testing LLC is not liable for damages resulting from:

Missed testing deadlines due to inaccurate customer information

Failure of backflow devices outside of the testing period

Actions or omissions of third-party repair subcontractors

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site and our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
